True Colours Thursday - Green

Today's colour, green, wasn't to difficult to knit a post around. Since I'm suffering from a cold, fortunately not so humongous as it was last week anymore, I'm coughing up lots of interesting green stuff. I threatened to post about that, but lots of people asked me to please NOT publish photos of that. So...okay then. There is plenty other interesting green stuff in and around our house: (you can't click on a picture to enlarge it, sorry) a Helleborus foetidus in our garden a green playball for the horses some mosses................in her lap a green waterbucket for the horses some people are colourblind silly sweet presents from a friendand a beautiful green glass apple from other dear friends True Colours Thursday is hosted by the lovely Blue over at Poopsiestruecolours. You can check out her blog for other green entries or join in the fun and post your own.

  4. Am I the only one who is lamenting the fact that you did not follow through on that threat?

Maybe you could post the green hack remnants on wordless Wednesday and leave everyone guessing :)

  6. Blue,
no apologies needed. Sorry you feel so sad. Hope your head and heart will feel lighter soon. And thanks ;-)

    Life With Dogs,
so far you are the only one, hehe. I could of course do a phlegm-post but I can't cope with another meme. I'm having enough trouble keeping up as it is. Still, phlegm is such a nice word to type *sigh*

    Samantha, Holly and Zac,
I'm feeling okay again, thanks. It's just, you know, I'm thinking that my brains are leaving me through my nose and my lungs are coming up through.....well, you know! Hehe. Sorry. Hope you weren't eating something just now ;-)

  15. Everybody who commented,
    Thanks! Big smiles to you.

    Jinksy,
do you know what we call a Helleborus foetidus in Dutch? (and I'm not making this up: stinkend nieskruid - smelly sneezeherb
    Isn't that hilarious?

    Chairman Bill,
I thought they were two RED buckets?

  16. Who wouldn't want two green buckets? I wish I had two green buckets. Why in my day, green buckets meant something! Long live the green buckets of the world!

Cough syryp, I'm telling you, it is the necter of the gods. You too can write stupid nonsense comments with a little help from NyQuil, the green death of cough syrups. Hey, that can be my contribution to green day!

  17. Jewels,
step away from the coughstuff NOW!

NyQuil is not even allowed on the Dutch market (and we are very tolerant towards drugs!). Well, actually, I have never heard of NyQuil. But I've heard coughmedicine can be addictive. Hmmm......;-)

  18. You don't have NyQuil? How sad. NyQuil... capital N, small y, Big f***ing Q. I love that Q, don't you?

  21. Sorry, I missed your wealth of 'Greens' on Thursday. Probably because turmoil has reigned site-wise.

  22. I loved your GREEN photos, very imaginative. I think you chose wisely with Stinking Helebores instead of green phlegm. I've had fun imagining you setting up a phlegm shot YUK !!!!
