Sunday Selections #68: The miscellaneous edition

Sunday Selections is hosted by Kim from Frogpondsrock and is the place to post those photos that have been hanging around on your computer for far too long. Why not join in?

This is my Selection for this Sunday:

ik durf niet te kijken

Willem just simply can’t bear the sight of hubs’ behind.

servetje?

This bee definitely needs a napkin.

This is the fringe of the leaf of a tulip (did I mention I’m so happy with my macro lens?).

  1. Look at your beautiful Macros. *grins* I love admiring photos from someone who knows how to use a macro lens well. xx Honestly Carolina mine are all lucky shots, yours show wonderful technique. YAY

    1. Hahaha, thanks. Apparently macro photography is one of the hardest disciplines within photography. At least, that's what they keep telling me at Zoom (the photography site I've joined). And all the very experienced macro photographers there are amazed that I'm doing so well. It's a wonder that my feet are still firmly on the ground LOL

  2. Love all your pictures! You really are a very talented photographer. Don't know how you got that bee but it's wonderful. I know nothing about macro stuff, as you know I'm basically point and shoot. Thanks for the beautiful Sunday morning pictures.

  3. Oh, it will be a long time before I even try anything macro. I am only now starting to get used to taken ordinary photos!

  4. Love Willem's expression, it is clear he is thinking a lot of unflattering thoughts and would much prefer to have a lazy Sunday rather than anything that involves a saddle!

I want a macro lens too!! Well, at this point in time I'd settle for a camera that didn't lose a function a day.

  5. I'd like to reach into the photo and pet Petje. Good-looking cat.

  6. I love, and am awed by, your dandelion header. All these shots are amazing. Thank you. I am busy planting up tulips for our spring. Your tulip shot reminded me of why I do this back breaking job every year.
