I love horse's noses, and this photo is all the more adorable with the snow! :)
Carolina... so strange, I thought of you the other night, realized I had not been to your blog in some time (again)..... and then there you were, commenting on MY blog!
Are you aware that a colloquial expression for cocaine, in English, is "snow"? When I used to use the stuff, we would talk about "doing some snow", or occasionally someone might say "sniffing some snow". I thought you might know this already, but wanted to tell you if you didn't, since it may have a double-meaning you weren't aware of.
And when I did it, sometimes MY nose would look like that :-)
Comments are very much appreciated. I will often answer your comment here too. So please click on the email link. Sometimes the most interesting part of a post are the comments ;-)
Hehe . now you have horsey snot on your lense!
ReplyDeleteBaino,
ReplyDeletethat explains the smudge on the photos I took yesterday.
Snowy or not, that is a beautiful nose - very strokeable:-) Our dogs have been sniffing, licking, eating, diving in the snow.
ReplyDeleteI love their velvety noses!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! That's a dead give-away, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteSid sniffs snow. He sticks his long nose right underneath and sucks up those smells, then surfaces and snorts it all out! LOL!
Great shot :)

ReplyDeleteNice picture =)
ReplyDeleteFor some reason this photo reminds me of Gloria Swanson in Sunset Boulevard. Remember?
ReplyDelete"All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up now."
Rhymeswithplague,
ReplyDeleteSunset Boulevard?
Before my time ;-)
I'm glad no snow got to the hairs of my nose...
